Is there a way to fire another team's head coach in CFM?

I'm doing a Cloud CFM with the Cowboys and I would like to fire Jay Gruden on the Redskins, like in real life. Is this possible? Is there some sort of trick to doing this? Like creating another user or something? Any help would be appreciated.

I don’t know if there are restrictions in cloud franchises, but offline you can create a new user for the redskins as coach and then immediately choose to retire

Doesn't work that way online. You can only have one user controlled character.

It works exactly the same except you need an additional gamertag to invite to make the new coach or make an owner to fire the old coach and hire a new one

I usually start as the Redskins owner and fire Gruden (then hire a replacement) and then retire that character - and create my “real” character. I do this every year as teams start to fire coaches.

When I tried to do this online with the additional PSN, it just reverted to the old coaches once I retired as the created one.
