Being a lifetime martial arts/Combat sports and video game lover who is obsessed with the MMA, this waiting period without the slightest bit of news is akin to having cold turkey withdrawals. Like Jon Jones in a turinabol factory, I'm going to need a distraction. So i come to you as a groveling, smeagul from TLOTR creature asking, what are you guys playing to satisfy your tactical combat needs? I remember last before UFC 3, Absolver was the choice amongst the community and while it was cool i just didnt get into it.
Ive recently bought Nioh and it has very deep gameplay with feudal japan demons and samurai, i can imagine myself spending many hours playing it. I thought about picking For Honor back up as well, seeing as that game has so much post launch support and a is fun yet tactical 'Deadliest Warrior with war' sort of gameplay

In the last 2 months my time with the play 4 I am spending with the UFC 3, with the AO international tennis and with the PES 2020, to a lesser extent the FIFA 20, and in the last week I dusted the play 3, to return to play and try the UD3 that still captivates me so much, the grip and the fight on the ground is far superior to any of the EA UFCs.

Apex legends and any fighting game. If people were smart they would learn how all fighting games work. It would broaden their understanding of this one.

WMMA5 had me covered for awhile.
Now I'm playing in a MMA Fantasy league with some friends.

I still play EA MMA. and UD3. Got back on UFC 3 online and kept losing to absolute bums lol. All they did was throw 4 strike combos and completely forgot the games weird timing. But generally those and I might get back to For Honor.

I've been playing K1 Grand Prix on ps1, which is surprisingly pretty fun, and has a cool roster of fighters.

Also went back to FnC. Man, this game is just always so insanely fun.

After seeing everyone go back to UD3, im actually thinking of picking an Xbox 360 copy again. Been watching UFC Vet and Martial play UD3 lately, and man, it more than holds up. Game looks amazing still.

Played UFC 3 online last night for the first time in about 2 weeks and it was painful. Literally every fight was a 120+ strikes a round non stop action fest where every single fight, like 10 in a row, my opponent picked top teir meta fighters and went full blown Mortal Kombat...... in Quick Fight.....

An absolutaly miserable experience, and left feeling like I completely wasted 2 hours of my life.

Recently rebooted my offline universe mode.

Having some extra CAF slots next year would really come in handy. Not a fan of having to use multiple profiles. Makes it difficult to put certain matchup together.
