    Accurate Attribute Spreadsheets

Thought I might share what I've made and been using for quite a few years now.
Should be fairly straight forward and self explanatory. For most accurate results, use a 3 year average of each stat.

Minor League stats I've found an increased percentage reduction for each lower level helps with the accuracy.

    AAA - .10
    AA - .20
    A - .30
    RK - .40

I hope this helps some people, Enjoy.

So you how do you calculate minor attributes? Take 10% off the attributes for AAA or the actual stat?

              10% off the attribute rating.
              Ex:
              Player A hit .280 vs R, (74 Rating)
              74 x .10 = 7.4
              74 - 7 = 67

Also if a player split time between AAA and AA I would do a 15% or .15 reduction.

FanGraphs has some pretty good advanced fielding stats. I used an average from RZR, UZR and RngR for 'Reaction' - also factored in the Jump and DRS from statcast. I used ErrR and Def for 'Fielding.' They also track catchers defense really well too, including framing which it's honestly a joke this hasn't been added as an attribute yet to help you gain or lose calls on the corners depending on who you have catching.
