Am I doing something wrong? I have the update. I can see the tournament option I see the official licensed teams but then when I go to career mode River Plate and Boca are no longer licensed. Will the tournament be in the career mode just with some of the teams no longer licensed or am I mistaken?

FIFA only has the rights to them outside of career and tournament modes.

I like it so far. It's nice to have Boca and River back in the game, even though it's limited to COPA. Carlos Tevez scored a hat trick in my first game.

I’m...underwhelmed. It’s a great addition to the franchise and I’m sure EA grabbed it in order to get into the South American market that is otherwise more fond of the competing franchise.

I just don’t have a lot of interest in South America’s tournament. I can’t see the real games (even on my decent cable package), and outside of a few Brazilian teams, Boca and River Plate I’m not all that familiar with club football on that continent.
The licensing is kind of odd: as noted Boca, etc appear in the new mode but not everywhere.

Besides that, it looks like some technical issues popped up in this update.
