Depends on what you call a good job. They have the MLS broadcast package which is the best thing it has going for it and proper league fixture structure iirc.

If you're interested in using this year's expansion teams you'll have to wait until '21 comes out. Most of the teams don't have real stadiums. There's no concacaf tournament and with no other American leagues in the game the U.S. open cup is kinda meh. Not a lot of faces are scanned. It's better than some leagues but not as good as it could be.
