Classic Draft Class Import Question - "Free Agents"

I'm starting a 'classic' franchise in M20 using Cursive22's 2001 rosters. He also has draft classes starting back from 2001 as well. I imported his 2001 draft class into the franchise I created and when I go to 'Scout Players' there are quite a few players simply titled "Free Agent" and have no portraits.

Can someone explain what that means? Is the draft class incomplete because there aren't enough players and Madden is just inserting players? I was excited about doing a classic franchise but seeing that kinda turned me off. I also simmed a year ahead to 2002 just to see if the same thing happened with next years draft class, imported that class and got the same thing again - "Free Agents" instead of player names, etc.

Means The Player Has Low Ratings and Is Serving As a Filler. He Is Meant To Go Undrafted Into Free Agency, and From There Deleted Out Of The Game. The Draft Classes Have To Have 450 Players So If You Only Create 449 or Less You Will Have These Fillers.
