Base stealing help
So I have a horrible steal rate and am terrible at throwing guys out. Was wondering for tips or sliders to help get some realistic numbers.

It seems the cpu 70ovr speed guys are impossible to throw out but my guys who are about that speed are sure outs. Any help appreciated

For some reason the last couple of years base stealing is off for the most part. The runner just waits until the ball is literally in the catcher’s glove to take off! SMH.
