Fictitious managers/coaches in MLB 20 The Show

Will we have to wait on a paperwork issue to resolve before we get the real names? I’m hoping to see a feature in ‘21 where we can edit appearances and names.

I sure hope that somethings happens where we can edit it. Because playing against the Cubs and their wack fictional manager just does not seem right.

It would be nice to be able to edit the names and appearances of the umpires as well. Make it where we can download created sets of managers, coaches, and umpires from the vault. With the power of the next generation consoles, perhaps even have MILB managers and coaches and have them as well as the MLB managers and coaches set up where they can be fired, promoted, and hired away across MLB. If a team wants to hire a recently fired manager as their 1st base coach, make it possible. If the manager of the Gwinnett Braves is killing it, make it where it’s possible for the Miami Marlins to hire him if they want.
