Will we see the fictitious managers replaced anytime soon?

If it’s a paperwork issue, how would the Covid-19 virus hamper that?

For this year, I would say its highly unlikely.

For next year and beyond, just a matter if the two sides (SDS and the manager) could agree on a licensing deal.

not too sure. Last year we had Rocco Baldelli from the start. And if I remember correctly, Aaron Boone and Alex Cora both got added after release a few years ago

I know which is why I said highly unlikely instead of it won’t happen.

I say highly unlikely given the current situation facing our country at this time and for the foreseeable future.

The Phillies have a generic manager but Matty V. says Joe Girardi in games.

I don't know why they cant just make managers and coaches editable, it cant be that dang difficult, NBA2k has the coaches, trainers, and GM's all editable, so surely the devs could make the fake managers and coaches editable, so we could atleast have the right names atleast.

I mentioned this several yrs ago, as did others on here, but unfortunately it didn't do any good, for whatever reason, whether they didn't see the post suggesting this, or they simply don't consider it to be that big of a deal. Clearly its not a game breaker by any means, but it would be nice if they were editable.

The Phillies generic manager also has Girardi’s career record. For some reason you can only see this if you fire him and then offer him a contract.

What are the chances the managers get updated and will update in an ongoing franchise given this fact?
