So I'm having a problem with trying to download roster files, and was wondering if anyone else is seeing the same problems. I can go in there and download a file. It will save, but when I go in to load the file it doesnt show up.

I was getting an error trying to download a draft class the other night

Same issue here... says it downloaded but it's not there in my manage files . Is anybody else having this problem and if so how did they resolve it? Thanks

I had the same issue and then cleared reserved space and restarted Madden, re-downloaded the file again and now it shows up. (Xbox)

Thank you for the reply I'm not sure what you mean when you say cleared reserved space I've never done that could you please tell me what it is & how to do it thanks

Get out of the game completely and then instead of going back into the game, while the game is selected instead of loading it, click the button with 3 lines on to go to the manage game and settings (or something like that). Once you are there on the left, go into saved data and on the right side of the screen you'll see your Madden profile and under that should be "reserved space". Move over to that on the right and select it and then delete it.

Boot the game back up and try your download again. If it works, download everything you need or you'll have to do that again next time you want to download something from Madden share.
