Ball Hawk, User Pick issues

Hope all is well.

I know this has been discussed before so forgive me for bringing it back up.

I’m having issues achieving user pick. I switch to the defender, hold Y and nothing happens. Sometimes the player will react but most of the time it does nothing.

Am I doing something wrong? I’ve heard that this issue may be related to the tuning. I went to delete my tuning file and I didn’t see one.

Anyone with any advice, I appreciate it fellas

I’m playing NCAA 14 on xbox360 by the way.

I honestly never hold Y. I just press Y when it's time to catch the ball.
