If I want to start a new MyCareer, am I stuck using the same face that I designed for my previous one? I can’t seem to find where you create a different face.

play the first college game and you will get the menu you are looking for afterwards to change your players face and add other things as well (dribble animations/shot animations etc)

another way is to start a MYGM and there is an "Edit Head" option in the settings tab where you can change your players face there as well

So you have to get into the mode before you can edit it?

You can also skip the prelude and go straight to MyCareer and edit it.
