I’ve added other roms (that I own) I own NBA jam multiple times would love to play this version....

Hmmmm so I don't have experience with the SNES mini personally. However, with other games that I owned that I also DLed as roms, this works on like every major SNES emulator. If the SNES mini still works like a standard PC emulator then I could see it working.
