I really really really do not want to turn this thread into more examples of what I am about to post now, this is going to be my first and only post of its kind...

...but please do consider including QB Trey Lance from NDSU in your 2021 draft class.

The guy has some serious first round pedigree and is compared to Andrew Luck by many.

Aside from Lawrence and maybe Fields, there might not be a better QB prospect in the 2021 class right now.

BTW I really enjoyed your 2020 class for M20 (the original one), was able to draft Derrick Brown and Bryce Hall in my Jets franchise, and both turned into monsters real quick. Much appreciated! [emoji106]

Hey I totally don't mind these type of posts. I'll always explain why I do or do not add guys to certain classes.

I'm torn about Trey Lance. I assume all D2 games will be canceled. It's unprecedented for a D2 rSo quarterback with one season to declare for the draft. I chose to not include him because I don't know if he will declare or not. The history does not support it, but the history also has never had a D2 guy have the type of year he had. I do have him in my 2022 class. He is right there with Sam Howell of North Carolina as QB1.

I've named all of the players. Correct height/weight, faces, positions, schools. - you can see all of this in the video.

Ignore rankings and archetypes. Now on to equipment/ratings work.

I don't have an ETA, or know how long it will take between classes. All I can tell you is I'm working as hard as I can with whatever free time I have to get the first one out!

Just to elaborate a bit. Updating just what I did in the video above took about 12 hours. And that was just going off of my spreadsheet and ESPN player pages. It's an extremely tedious process. Equipment and ratings will take even longer, because I want them to be accurate. There are plenty of half assed classes out there.

Also, I research every player in my classes and have reasons as to why they are included or not. I don't just go off of another websites rankings. This takes even longer, and some people might not like that one person (I'm a one man production) dictates an entire class, but whatever. EA is lazy* but that doesn't mean I have to be. I know there's really no reason for accurate equipment on a 54 OVR LG that will never sign to a team, but I'm just insane like that.

* - and I mean EA is LAZY. I didn't play the story mode last year (or ever) but this year they make you create an avatar. I had no idea they had that good of a CAP mode, but they DONT have it anywhere else in the game. Are you serious? In fact, the same little bugs and issues are here from last year. It was literally a copy and paste job. Oh well, whatever. That's EA for you.

I think I speak for everyone when I say I really thank you for this and appreciate your hard work. I made a post earlier inquiring about how long you take in between classes. In no way was this me rushing you or anything like that. I only inquired so I can know when I should start my CFM. I prefer to use legit classes over half ***ed ones! Thanks once again.

Yes the fact that if Lance was to declare right now he only would have one year of college football in him is somewhat concerning. With that, 2022 class for him really just makes sense. Sorry. [emoji846]

I decided to add Trey Lance after all. I think the one game ND St. scheduled this year is to showcase Lance to NFL scouts, meaning he's probably gone.

Thanks to user jeffhamm for compiling an awesome spreadsheet including every player's equipment. I was able to jet through and get those all done.

Working on ratings now, then it should be good. I'm thinking middle of the week, next weekend absolute worst case scenario.
