Is the PC version getting the next-gen upgrades?
Haven't seen any definitive answers on this...does anyone know for sure?

On Steam someone pasted a 2K support response that said that the PC version is the next gen version, but i'm skeptical.

They should just give you a code for 100 vc + base game on xbox or ps. PC users got played. They could have sold more mambas.
