just requested a refund from Steam. This fix did not work. Ive never had this issue before.
I'll purchase the game once 2k developers provide a fix.

It does work, but only if I use the cmd to open the game every time, and it's laggy as hell. Does anyone know any solutions? For the lag atleast...

only lags temporarily. Try starting a game, shoot a shot and then quit out.
That works for me every time. Lag disappears after that
