Simming Preseason

I had a solo online cfm going. With the updates and roster update i started an offline cfm. All of a sudden i have more interest in my new cfm.

I want to sim the preseason. Any reason not to? I hate to say it, just feel like it might simulate the covid season.

Reason i ask is ive already started the new cfm, and simming would be quicker than starting it over again.

I don't think I've ever actually played a preseason game lol. I always simulate it completely.

I would only play the preseason if you are testing sliders or well yeah about it lol. I usually aim the preseason myself

just be aware that simming pre-season could lead to teams cutting players or signing players (unless you are controlling all teams). For example, I simmed pre-season last night and the falcons had cut Brian Hill, the vikings had signed earl thomas and tony jefferson, and more things like that.

That’s actually true if you play or sim your games(unless controlling all teams). I play all mine and Cards cut Fitzgerald(That’s SO wrong! Lol).

I love playing pre season games as it's the only time I use"play the moments".

It goes a long way in emersion, and you can look at the players fighting for a roster spot but still complete your entire pre season on an evening.

I play it in every situation. Reason I had mentioned it in the thread, I had a CFM in progress, and was 3 games into the regular season. Once the Roster and Patches dropped, I decided to start a new Off Line one. Didn't want to do a whole preseason again. Ended up simming it. No regrets as of now.

Was just concerned that maybe I'd miss some player upgrades, and it would go against me if the computer was upgrading it's players. Anyhow, is what it is now. Going to be a great season of Madden.

I can't even remember the last time I bothered with a preseason game in a Madden.
