Things That Happen Several Times Per Game IRL That Never Happen In 2K?

I think it'd be cool if we made a list so maybe devs could see it. I'll start with two:

Fly-bys on 3's that lead to a mad scramble on defense. Happens SEVERAL times per game in real life. NEVER happens in 2K. (I'm an offline strictly player, so I'm speaking on offline)

Pocket passes on pick & roll. In fact if you try to replicate that by attempting to bounce pass to a rolling big, it's more than likely it will result in a turnover. Would be nice if they could rework p&r to add the pocket pass, which again, happens often in real life.

Team mates running over and helping up fallen players

Players walking up to the ref complaining about a call

Commentary and crowd actually reacting to what we are watching

They just need to rewrite the code for pick and roll play and handoff plays...there's a lot of things that are missing to make the game feel more organic. One thing is the crowd/hesitation dribble in where when the ball-handler comes off the screen, he usually will have the defender on his hip and then make a decision..

Charging/blocking fouls.......

Standstill floaters in the paint, one-legged stepbacks, and as you've mentioned, fly-bys on 3PT pump fakes.

Ball fakes in general don't have an affect in 2K as they do in real-life.

Not never but rarely are there non steal turnovers. We need more of them like errant passes that go out of bounds, etc.

Players attempting to throw the ball onto a defender's body so that it lands out of bounce against the opposing team. Not sure if this counts into what you are asking for.

Defenders being able to actually navigate around screens to contest shots rather than acting like they've been shot by a sniper rifle when their opponent dribbles left/right/left/right behind one...

Referees actually calling moving screens as fouls
