A NASCAR Dream (NR2003)

I am going to be running my own career on NASCAR Racing 2003 Season on the PC. There is no real career mode on the game but I will be tracking my results over multiple years.

I will start out racing in 1996 at a local track in a weekly racing series and move up through the ranks. I will not race multiple series on the same day unless the tracks are close and if one is a day race and the other a night race. For example I may run a Truck day race and then a local night race early in my career if the tracks are close enough to each other.

I will be running 100% opponent strength my rookie season minus the "team rating" for the team I'm driving for. There will be 3-star, 2-star, 1-star and 0-star teams. Each full season I run in a series I will take 1 opponent strength percent off. For example if I'm running my rookie season in a good team like Hendrick or Gibbs I will run 97% for them being a 3-star team. The lowest possible opponent difficulty will most likely be 93% or whenever I can consistently run up front throughout a season. I hope this makes sense.

Some of the drivers/teams won't match up exactly like they did in real life and I may have some new storylines along the way. I know for a fact the schedule for each series will not match up to real life after the first year because tracks like North Wilkesboro and Rockingham will not leave my schedules and some tracks you may not ever see in my career like Kansas, Chicago and California. Just preference there, hope you don't mind that.

I'm mainly going to focus on my career and results but will post some pictures/results/points from the whole series to go along with my updates. I hope you enjoy following along with me on the journey to be a Winston Cup Champion.
