Should be outstanding/fun to watch. I'm pulling for LA(Kershaw) to finally get their ring, but I like the Rays so won't be sad to see them win either.

I really want the Rays to win... But I think it's the Dodgers in 5. Too much firepower and they are used to playing in Arlington now.

I fully expect this series to go 7 games. Rays pitching against that lineup of the Dodgers. Traditional series with scheduled off days, makes managing the pen a bit easier.

With that said, I think the Dodgers get the monkey off their back and win the World Series.

And no, there will not be an * by their name.

Winners dont deserve an asterisk beside their name.

The winner of the world series is the team in the MLB who makes the playoffs and wins all their series. 29 teams won't be accomplishing that, therefore whoever wins is the champ. Winning the WS doesn't have a minimum game requirement.

You could put asterisks beside any win if you truly dug deep enough, which is why asterisks are stupid.

Baseball with no mound? Baseball with little to no bullpen use? Colour barrier days? Going straight from season into world series? 2nd best team in a league missing the playoffs? Teams winning WS because of steroids? List goes on and on.
