Does anyone play NHL 21 on the Broadcast camera view?

Wondering if anyone plays on Broadcast view to get more of a TV presentation versus the standard overtop up/down view?

I cant play on any other view.

The biggest thing for me is making sure shooting controls are set to "always up"

Me as well. “True Broadcast” is my preference though, because the camera angle varies from arena to arena. I don’t know why, but when I’m playing at Columbus I always feel like I’m right on the ice.

And I totally agree with making sure “always up” is selected.

For those who play on “Broadcast” how does board-play and corners work? Is it hard to see where the puck is especially if the puck is around the closest board at the bottom of the camera view?

I play on True Broadcast all the time. It's my bread and butter. But I cannot for the life of me play on it in Columbus. I usually sim that game, or play on regular broadcast camera.

I know for me, that I grew accustomed to it pretty quickly. It’s sort of the same as looking at board-play along the bottom of the screen when playing with a more conventional camera angle (i.e. dynamic high, dynamic low, etc...). You can’t see the puck, but you definitely know where it is and you’ll also see where your support is as well as where the opposition is.

Re: Does anyone play on Broadcast camera view?

I tried "True Broadcast" this year, mainly because I play MLB the Show strictly using broadcast cams, and I love how the camera is different in each stadium.

Needless to say, I'm hooked now. I love how the camera is slightly different in each arena, and it makes it look like a game on TV, for the most part. It did take a while to get used to the board play at the bottom of the screen, but now that I am used to it, I am having a lot of fun, and getting pretty realistic results.
