Custom 2021 NCAA 14 Recruiting Class v1.1!

Hey guys.

Here is the new update to my NCAA Football 14 2021 Recruiting Class for Dynasty Mode: https://drive.google.com/drive/folde...4fm6quLPU8XO2z




What's in it? v1.7 includes: Over 300 real 2021 recruits; new Athletes added; changed Star Ratings for most recruits; experimented with improving Recruit Positional & National Rankings; additional rating adjustments to clearly emphasis 5-star Recruit attributes; updated school choices to closer resemble real life; mass edited all helmets to Revo Speed; mass edited all sleeves to Tight; gave gloves to all players who should have gloves; provided proper wristbands equipment to all QBs missing them and updated equipment for several notable QBs (Vandagriff, Huard, Williams, Millen...).

How to "Install"? Download the folder (v1.7) in Google Drive that contains 4 .csv files. Next, when you're in EA DB Editor (v2) and after opening Xan's Dynasty config file, click on the "Recruit Data" tab. After that you'll see a series of new tabs show up for recruiting. Click the first "Recruit Stats" tab - then go up to the menu at the top of the program and select "I/O," and then pick "Import" followed by "Overwrite Existing." From here, you will be prompted to locate the first .csv file (1_Recruit_Stats.csv) and the Recruit Stats tab will be overwritten. Then simply repeat the process for the 2-4th tabs!

I've also completed the 2022 Recruit Class, for those who are interested!

Wow! Thank you for making this, I can't wait to start my dynasty with it. Did you make any changes to the appearance of the computer generated recruits? I always thought appearances and equipment were a weak part of the computer generated classes.

Thanks! I went ahead and edited the players' faces/skin color, but I didn't jump into touching their equipment, unfortunately.

does this work with ps3 dynasty's?

Yes, it will work with PS3 Dynastys. You just have to be able to load your Dynasty file into EA DB Editor 2.0 first to import the recruit files.

I followed the steps you laid out, but I am getting an error.

The file does not have as many data entries as field entries listed.

Is there more I am supposed to do prior to the steps you have listed?

Had to delete some rows to get same number as in the game, and that error goes away but I am seeing other issues with this. I get to week 3 and it locks up on a commit signing. Cant get around it including starting new Dynasty..

Go ahead and download the files and try again. I just reuploaded and tested the files and everything worked fine on my end.

I just reuploaded the file (https://drive.google.com/drive/folde...N7?usp=sharing) - please feel free to redownload it and try again. I just used the same recruit class in my new test Dynasty and was able to sim through an entire season with no issue. Let me know if you continue to encounter problems!

I managed to get it uploaded just fine though it seems top schools are very wonky. Caleb Williams has Toledo and Buffalo leading while some were outright committed to the wrong schools (Donovan Edwards to OU and hometown Michigan not even on the list). Did I do something wrong when importing?

As you notice, school commitments aren't perfect, nor were they intended to be. Some, like Caleb Williams, could be tweaked, and I may end up doing so. But mostly, recruit school choices are based on their school preferences, which are randomized (since I wasn't going to open that can of worms), so that's why you may see players land in different locations than in real life.

Look out for, perhaps, one last version update where I take another run at top schools for recruits!

Does anyone know which Face ID Codes correspond to the Light, Medium, and Dark skin tones? I'm hoping to mass edit these in future recruiting classes.
