Best Run Defense Tips?

What is the best solid overall run defense? Formation?

I have struggled to stop this one guy in my CFM League. He generally has wide open holes regardless of what base defense I call and regardless of play call ( though sometimes cover 1 gives me success)

What is the best, most elite run defense formation(s) or playbook or plays that can generally annihilate any & all runs vs a run heavy opponent
