Are we going to get "Start in the Offseason" after the draft?

Does anyone know when this option will be unlocked for MyLeague/MyNBA?

I know 2K doesn't have these kids' rights until after the draft, hopefully they will let us start our seasons next week and not have to wait until December 22 when the season starts.

Have you guys heard anything on this front?

Haven't heard anything but I really hope they include them soon, because using those draftees with their new team is a big part of playing the game before the season actually starts. I feel like many people won't start their MyLeague before those guys are included (and contracts are fixed)

Start in offseason is available in next gen already but there are two glaring bugs. Past two seasons stats for players are identical and next years free agents (Giannis) are also listed as free agents to start.

I'm hoping when they add in the real draft they fix these two issues as I would like to get my mynba going.

Yeah the current Generation will be getting totally screwed I can see it coming. My bet is we won’t even get the rookies coming up after draft Wednesday. I doubt they add them. But, I almost guarantee Next gen gets them

I'm sure eventually we'll get it, but I was under the impression that we couldn't do that now because of the rookies. But now I've learned Next Gen already has this option unlocked.

That is pure trash to have this feature in a product we paid for and its locked with no announcement of when we're getting it.

Playing on the Series X, and I went into 2KShare Scenarios. Someone uploaded up until after the draft, with all the included rookies. Downloaded that, and was able to just deselect every team except the one I wanted to play with. Seems like it works well!
