Chants/Yells Not Playing During Game

I imported some mp3s and assigned them as chants and yells for my team. They won't come on during the game though. I upped the volume on the files but still nothing. Has anyone encountered this problem?

I've had my sounds imported for many months, but I just imported a new chant / yell to see if it would give me problems. Everything is working fine on my end.

I'm curious, if by chance you have them on the correct theme? Did you load them on both themes or only on one and played the game in another. MLB Network / MLB The Show broadcast theme. Also, it depends on whether you are at a home game or an away game as to which sound clips play.

The theme was correct and I assigned them correctly. They actually work when assigned to a player but not the team. It's a custom team though and I play in a minor league ballpark so I'm thinking that may be the issue. Gonna test it out rn

They work in a big league park!
