Scheme Fit in Franchise

I've never paid attention to this before so it's possible it has always been this way, but I noticed something with a player's scheme fit. I had a franchise going and had a spreadsheet for my team with their exact scheme fit.

Example: Dylan Larkin was a Carry/Balanced/Efficient/Don't Block

For a few reasons, I decided to restart and load up a new franchise to begin over. When looking at my spreadsheet for scheme fit, Larkin's fit was slightly different. He is Carry/Cycle/Efficient/Don't Block. And I also noticed changes for a few others, including 2 of my defensemen.

Is scheme fit really dynamic that it just gets randomly generated for each player when a Franchise begins? Anyone else pay attention to this?

Every time you start a new franchise, the player biases are randomly generated
