Sorry I even have to ask, been playing madden on PC since we had the option.

Wife ended up getting me a Series X for Christmas, so I figured I'd get madden.

Just curious about mid game saves in OFFline Cfm, do I just quit or shut off the xbox? I'd experiment but don't want to lose a game, hate quitting and starting games over.

Yes, you should be able to save mid-game. I had the same question when I got an Xbox One. I’d always played on PS4 before. Just make sure you pause the game while you have possession of the ball, then close the game. Don’t quit the game. I’ve had instances where I did not have possession of the ball and when I resumed the game later, I was only able to play as the other team. Hope this helps....

In my experiences. (I’ve done this a lot on The X.) If I want to save mid-game. I make sure I have the ball, then simple turn the game off. Or the system, both works.
