Does NCAA 13 have Teambuilder?

Hello everyone.

So I have a quick question. I'm aware that the Teambuilder service is partially offline, so I was wondering, does NCAA 13 still have access to it? Specifically, I'm wondering if I can still download teambuilder teams (not necessarily create them). If your still able to do that, how do you do it for an Xbox 360 version of the game?

Yes, NCAA 13 has teambuilder and I'm pretty sure it's still available to use via the in game feature, should use same server as 14 (someone correct me if wrong). To use it select the main menu button called Team Management, then after selecting that, select the TeamBuilder option.

Ok, so I went to the Teambuilder button, it says the EA servers are down.
Do I need to have Xbox Live Gold to access the features, or are the servers just down?

If so, is there like a website or database where I can go, put the teambuilder team files on a USB from my PC and then manually transfer them over to my Xbox 360 console?

I think the servers are off on NCAA Football 13 for good. Title updates are hosted on Microsoft’s servers.
