How in-depth is hiring and firing a coaching staff or moving up the coaching ladder? Didn't the previous game have none of that ? I'll be more interested if the off-the-field coaching stuff is in the game.*

Situational passing on 3rd down is poor. Too often teams needing to move the chains just run it for more minimal gain and punt their possession away. If you saw these play calls in a real game it would drive you nuts.
