Tips to stop 3pointers oriented offenses

I am running a league on PS4 with some friends and I am fed-up being systematically destroyed by guys shooting most of the time 3 pointers with insanely high success. Any tips to defend these kind of offense ?

I am totally unable to stop teams like Blazers with Lillard & McCollum, Curry or even Morant shooting around 60% of their 3 pointers. Same issue when I face Nuggets. Even guys like Lamello Ball or Kilian Hayes are easily aligning 3pointers against me.

Another issue I am facing is related to rebounding. My opponents are grabbing way too many offensive rebounds to feed their shooters at large ...

There was a strategy setting in which you could play the 3.

It would make everyone play the 3 but thus leave the paint open for drives or cuts.

Been a while since i played pno so cant remember how its called but it was a quick strategy option.

No threes???

Practice staying in front of the shooter. And don't jump to contest. Use the contest shot function. Sell out on the three and don't be afraid to give up the drive. Just be able to quickly switch to the help man to stop or contest the drive.

People who focus only on threes typically don't go out of their way to take midrange shots. So chase hard on those threes, and bring help on the drives.
