45 pitchers limit per team?

Was going through rosters and I realized they only limit 45 pitchers per roster. I was hoping to have at least 8 pitchers and 7 fielders in Class A roster especially with lots of pitchers being out with Tommy John. But that's no go cause that exceeds the 45 pitchers limit (with 13 pitchers per teams would means 6 in Class A). They should have maybe 50 limit for both, helps with flexibility in trades during the franchise I believe. A bit of bummer

This has been an issue for as far back as I can remember and it bothers the heck out of me, too. I believe they increased overall roster size this year from 90 to 93 but it would be so awesome to be able to have a full 104 or whatever it is. Honestly, the higher the better because as you said in your post, with injured players it'd be nice to have extra space.
