MLB the show 20 roster question?

Having cancelled my pre-order for 21 next gen, I’ve just bought the 20 PS4 version to play on my ps5- it looks identical anyway and hasn’t been stripped of features as 21 has.

I noticed there’s a thread regarding 21 rosters where people refer to OS rosters. Where do I get these?

I’m a SIM franchise player- so the more realistic current rosters, the better.
