Staff Point Modifier

Curious what setting everyone was considering on staff talent point modifier setting- I am leaning towards Slower (2x) as I prefer a slow progression on my franchise where it takes a long time to max out. Slowest felt like it might be too slow however. Any thoughts?

I would guess it's based off of how long you typically play a franchise. If you're only play a season maybe go with fastest since you most likely won't max it out. But for 3-5 seasons I would go normal. Anything longer I would probably go with slowest so you always have something to work towards.

Yeah I like Slower…..feels very fair and earned but not ridiculous like slowest.

I am going a different route, and going with fastest, so that my assistant coaches max out and are poached by CPU teams at a higher rate. Part of my “story” for this year’s franchise will be how my custom guy’s coaching tree slowly takes over the league as the years go by. Can’t wait to get started.

Has anyone seen a cpu team poach an oc or dc yet?
