This has happened three times in a row now, so not an isolated incident. I just can’t finish a game.

This is in offline Seasons mode. After I score a goal, the game would not resume.

It just transitions into a cut scene where the goal scorer celebrates with the bench and it doesn’t move from there. All the commands are operational - I can make line changes, go out into the menus, tweak settings, sliders, etc. but when I go back to the game, it’s stuck at the celebratory scene.

Not sure what’s going on but I played 30 odd games and never had an issue until recently.

Anyone else experienced that?

Yes, has been reported that this issue was introduced with last week's patch. They attempted to fix with a tuner fix a couple of days ago, but people still seeing the issue, including myself.

Played good for me prior to patch, now I can't play at all since every game has some kind of issue like this now.

Sorry to hear that. At least I know I’m not the only one…

I just cleared the cache on my PS5, restarted, played a game, scored a goal - and same thing happened. I literally cannot finish a game right now!

Yep, same as me and others reporting in the official EA forums. No idea when they play to correct this.

I have no idea if this is a similar thing, but on PS4, I played one game on the latest update and I scored a goal and had my player do the arm raise motion and literally spin like a top from the net to the bench with his arms stuck like that. But I noticed that it also caused the commentary to go totally silent and that the usual music and crowd cheers didn't happen. It was really strange. My wife and I started laughing because it looked like some bizarre horror film.

Oh blimey....It just seems theres one thing after another with this game!!
I am currentley editing rosters, which will take me about a fortnight---hope i am not wasting my time if the games kn###ered...
(PS4 Off line Season Mode)

Are you using the latest gameplay update,I am and so far have no crashing.Noticed that now when a goal is scored it pans to the crowd for a few seconds and doesn't show the players celebrating.Weird.
