This would generate the gradual deterioration of a player over time instead of or including injury by age. Take it a step further and show an outline of the player's body and highlight body regions with red and green colors showing injury severity status at the specified body part. You can then see how injuries pile up over time and make the rating matter. Imagine the same RB above the following year.
RB - Wrist Injury - Out 4 weeks: Stiff Arm -2 (Week 3)
Just think injuries should play a more dynamic role in gameplay/player management.
