I just recently found out this show and holy **** it is incredible.

It's about a high school soccer team that survived a plane crash on the way to a tournament and what they did to survive. It also has current day storylines about the survivors.

If you have showtime and like mystery-type shows, I highly recommend it.

I've watched the first 7 episodes so far and plan on finishing the first season tomorrow night

Watched the finale and while it didn't answer the questions I thought, it set up well for S2. The story-telling and acting is top notch. I can't recommend it enough for anyone that's into a horror/mystery style show.

Been watching this with the fam, very into it. I was really hyped when I thought it was a miniseries, less so when I found out they want to run this for 5 seasons, might feel kinda drawn out, but it’s great so far. Gotta love Rose from Two and a Half Men and Wednesday Addams.

I just started episode nine and I'm looking forward to closing out the season tomorrow.
Didn't realize they were possibly looking at five seasons.

I assume the parallel storylines will keep the mid-90s girls stranded until the very end of the series. I'm not sure how I feel about that.

The actress that plays Van was great as the daughter in Santa Clara Diet and she's one of my favorites here.

I'm trying not to think too much about the totality of 5 seasons. Just gonna enjoy each season as it comes. This first season has been maybe my favorite season of any show. I just started watching through it again to see what I missed the first time.

I'm a fan. You liked it more than me but you set the bar high.

Well executed season finale, with some dark stuff looming in season 2.

I was particularly stunned by the apparent voodoo pulled off by Taissa including the beheading of the family pet. Makes her childhood transgression of setting up a girl's broken leg on the soccer field seem relatively mild. The fact that it might of won her the election is very interesting.

Although the teenage versions of the adults were supposedly selected with not too much emphasis on likeness they might have hit the jackpot without even trying.

Heard that Melanie Lynskey was weight shamed by one of the cast members and was immediately defended by all the adult (not porn) stars.

Yeah the casting has been spot on between the teens and adults. There's a good article on The Ringer about how they decided on the casting and their relationships between each other.

I'm really interested to see where they go with the cult stuff. The smile by Taissa when she won leads me to believe she's either part of that cult or doing something cult-ish with the dog stuff. I guess there's still a chance that it's coincidence and she beheaded the dog during her sleep walking episode when she was bit on the hand.

And I'm curious if Lotti is still alive, or if the modern-day cult was grown in her memory or something.

I'm also really surprised Coach Ben is still around. He's pretty much lost his purpose now that he has no authority.
