Exactly what I asked, too. I received no answer to that. And I fear this is not possible, unless 2k changes the mechanic (or gives us more options, like completely disabling greens.)

maybe try increasing the shot timing importance, lower jump shot defence and increase coverage importance.

like:

coverage: 65
timing: 90
jump gather: 15
jump release: 30

test some stuff out maybe? let me know how it goes cos i'd also like to know lol

Boosting everyone's Sniper badge should reduce timing variance.

Something extreme like HOF for everyone is probably worth experimenting with if no one's ever thought of it or tried it.
