Post game pitcher analysis incorrect

When a game ends and in your in the box score there is a tab for pitcher analysis. I have all types of pitches selected and the pitches thrown for the starter are incorrect. Example I was using Gomber and he went 4 IP and had 88 pitches. When I went to pitcher analysis it showed he threw 52 pitches. Is this a bug?

Do u do manage only mode at all? I think I heard it messes up stats

If you were playing with Quick Counts it probably doesn't track any of the pitches you dont actually throw.
