I am looking for some slider suggestions for the game I have been playing on legends since the release and I and I am at the point where I am pretty much not losing many matches I would like to figure out what I need to set these sliders at to have a more competitive game

Well, I'd start with the clean screen approach and go from there

Start with the default settings and start having matches and adjust as needed. Everyone's skill level is different so everyone's sliders will be different.
