Ideal setup for online MyNBA league??

Just got into a MyNBA online league and loading into it had me immediately overwhelmed lol. There's just so much crap in there. Is there a youtube video or article/message board post that helps guide someone through setting it all up?

I'm not looking for something meta but at least something that isnt default across the board.

What is it you're looking for exactly other than default settings?

Well the practice scheduling really. My guys run out of energy so fast in game. Does having conditioning practices actually increase the stamina or is it all just for show and placebo effect

Just increase the user stamina slider and decrease the fatigue slider. I'll share mine shortly after my new roster gets released. CPU never gets affected by this. It's been an unrealistic user problem for years.
