It seems no matter what positions or attributes I put in the Instructions, I never get any big time names or ratings, mostly guys under 72.

But in the news stories, I see all these other clubs signing big-time names. How can I make that happen? Do I just have search for those players manually by name and then scout them?

Also, sometimes it says my scouts are busy, can you only scout a certain amount of players?

Add "World Class" to the attribute to search for I believe. Also, you can just do a name search for some of the big names you know and have them scouted.
