dont mean to be nit picky but the Rays Home run Horn sounds a little off, I think this one is a little more accurate.

Here is some real life evidence start at the 0:10 second mark

If I haven't downloaded any packs yet, should I may as well wait for the updated packs I stead of using the starter packs?

Ya I agree its a little off but the one in that video is the only one from real videos and they sound terrible in game. I honestly went through 20 youtube videos looking for the real horn and they sounded like crap.

I had to piece that horn together with 2 different programs then mix it with the song and it took about an hour just for that track so yes, you are being picky bahahahahahah. Just kidding man lol I'll keep my eyes out for a cleaner version.

CujoMatty,

Great job on these!

Love how you do the packs 3/track to save space ..... How do you do that? I'm wanting to upload some personal music for my RTTS and would love to follow in your footsteps regarding this process

Any pointers? Thanks!

Dj will came up with it years ago I followed in his foot steps.
I'm not sure what the best way is but I'll share the way I do it.
I use a program called goldwave. Google it.

Get the three songs you want.
Load the first one in goldwave.
Figure out what part of that song you want.
Highlight that section
Hit control and c. That copies that section.
Hit control n. That creates a new blank track.
Click on the new track and hit control v. That pastes the section of the song you chose.
Load the next song
Highlight the part you want and control c again.
Go to the new track and highlight 30 seconds past the end of the first track you pasted then control and v to paste.
You now have 2 songs on your track.
Repeat steps and add the third song.
After that highlight the 3 together and hit control and t. That trims so you don't have a 10 minute song with a bunch of dead air at the end.

Last step. Highlight each section, so each song and try and get the volumes to match. There's a little icon that when you hover the mouse icon over it says volume control. Mess with those until you get all the squigly lines of three tracks look similar.

Hope that made sense. Definetly mess around with goldwave and see what you can figure out.

Appreciate the detailed steps! I will give it a whirl. Thanks man!

Re: OS 2016 Sounds of the Show Packs

N00b to this, trying to learn how it all needs to be setup. Your tips and steps are extremely helpful, so thank you for that.

My question is, when I see a file for example: "PIT - Pregame, Win, Win2", is the Pregame song their FSN, YES, ESPN, etc. intro music (that there are apparently issues with re: not playing sometimes)? And the Win, and Win2 are two different songs they play when the team wins a (home) game? When would Win2 be selected for (not at my console, so can't see the list of available slots).

Hopefully my questions are clear--let me know if I need to further clarify what I'm asking.

Thanks again, these SOTS are too cool.
