Middle of the 8th depends on the situation. If the Giants are leading, it's Lights by Journey. If it's tied or they're down it's Don't Stop Believing, also by Journey. I remain optimistic and cue up Lights, personally.

From what I heard last year, they play Strangers In The Night by Frank Sinatra in the bottom of the 6th for the Kiss Cam.

A home victory is initially greeted by a remix of Blur's Song 2, basically the chorus on a loop with a thump-thump-thump added to it, then they'll play Tony Bennett after it dies down. I created my own file by looping Song 2 for about a half minute, then fading it to Bennett's first chorus. And now that The Show 16 has finally stopped restarting the win music at the player of the game moment, I can actually use that file again!

Of course, I haven't been to a game in two years, so some mileage may vary, but I'm fairly sure that the above is still valid.
