Bad SOTS bug

Hey guys I just discovered a nasty SOTS bug for those who plan to add many tracks. I added over 900 songs on my playlist for in game sounds & 12 songs for the menu, and unfortunately every time you close down the game and return to the PS menu and reload the game you will find that half the songs will be missing. It reduces my play list from over 900 to only 484 songs max. This really sucks for those who take the time to assign all audio as you can never exit the game without this issue.

Sony please patch if you can

I'm happy to hear that you got it to partially work. My game won't even acknowledge that I have a USB drive inserted.

make sure u have a folder on the USB drive named MUSIC.. unless your songs are in that folder the USB wont be recognized

And some USB drives do not work even with the correct naming of the folder. I tried one, didn't work. Switched to another, worked fine.

Was a bunch of the 900 songs jeers cheers and yells? Lowlight said something about them not counting towards the 1024 limit. I really have no idea but just a thought.

No they were all team and walk up songs. How many have you added?

I only added 4 teams so far. I add songs befor i start a series against the team in franchise so i can have the latest updated music as well as not lose my mind entering it all at once

make sure u have a folder on the USB drive named MUSIC.. unless your songs are in that folder the USB wont be recognized

That's pretty disappointing. Especially since the same thing happened last year with the file limit that overlapped with the delete file issue. I came in this year just hoping that the base hit slots actually worked. I have faith that they'll fix this rather quickly. The game is simply amazing minus these annoying audio bugs.

The only little bug I ran into is the win/loss sound swapping

Testing all this now.

I filled my editor last night and more than half are gone. Also all jukebox additions...gone this morning.

Going to fill it up again close the game and fire it back up and see whats going on.

Also the unstable servers are playing games with Y2Y file transfers as well. When I am logged into the server....no issues. When the server kicks me out I can’t transfer files I have that are in spring training without a single game played.

Absolutely bizarre stuff.

My music editor is only holding 80 files. That’s it.

Massive major bug. Got wait till this is patched and it needs a bug report once they get that going over at The Show Nation.

Out of curiosity are you using your drive from last year? I have several from over the years and the game won't recognize any of them. What makes matters worse is that they're all perfectly fine on the media player app.

Using everything from last season. I see all the files and then I put them into the editor......over 560 of them. And only 80 stay in the editor. Keeps 4 pages. That’s it.

It’s crazy.

I have 64 pages 1263 files in there.

I moved over 562 to start.....and it drops all but 80 in the editor. All my yells and chants are fine. But the editor won’t keep 90% of them and the jukebox drops everything.

I have no idea why. To me it must be a massive bug.
