Increasing Volume

How do you guys increase the volume on these tracks without all the clipping and distortion? I've tried Audacity, Google, everything. Nothing seems to work, and the sounds aren't loud enough in the game.

Re: Increasing Volume

Ok, figured out how to do it in Audacity. You have to first use "normalize", then the "limiter", hit "hard limit", then hit "normalize" again. It'll be loud enough for in-game, but won't be distorted. Rinse and repeat if necessary, although once should do it.

If it's too loud, it's an easy fix, since you won't lose any quality by turning down the gain.
