To all MLB TV heads like me, did MLB not bring back the 'Ballpark broadcast' this year? I like to use this option to ID walk ups, inning and between pitches sounds, as well as ambient ballpark sounds. If they did that would suck majorly!!! Watching on my laptop

Park audio is currently available on the PS4 and Xbox One MLB TV apps. Someone here sent an email to MLB TV about park audio not being available currently on PC, they replied back that it should be getting added to the PC options in an upcoming MLB TV update. No date on when that will happen though.

Correct. Just spoke on the phone with them. They think it will be added in the next 2-3 weeks

I think you have to press L1 twice to bring up the screen

It's currently available on the browser version of MLB TV. I plan on going through a Dodgers game and recording some of the audio as soon as I can.

Yeah, they finally added the park audio option on PC in the last week or two.
