Chants and Yells volume setting question

I know all of the player and team music volume is tied to the SOTS slider volume but are the Chants and Yells also tied to the SOTS slider in Audio/Video? I thought in the past the Chants/Yells volume were tied to the "Crowd" slider in Audio/Video but now it doesn't seem to be the case. If not, It looks like I'll be increasing the MP3Gain level independently for Chants/Yells to match the music volume. Thanks.
