FlatOut Interview (PC)

Filefront has posted their FlatOut interview.
Filefront: "Tell us about the physics engine that you are using to develop the game. Was there an opportunity to use Havok that the team passed up, or was there always a conscious effort to use an original engine?"
Jussi Laakkonen: "Bugbear has always been blessed with very talented programmers and our tech director is nothing sort of guru. We had been developing our own physics system for a couple of years, so there wasn’t really a question whether to use it or a third party system. Havok is a very impressive system, but we believe we have achieved even better results with a physics system completely tuned for our needs and the requirements of a racing game."
