Thumb Bandits Update (PS2, GBA)

Thumb Bandits has posted the following:
  • ESPN NBA 2K5 Review (PS2 - 8/10)
"The artificial intelligent is a little bit disappointing, there's no good balance between attacking and defense and for European gamers there's no online play possible. Don't be so negative as the game provides an excellent ESPN atmosphere, a lot of statistics, many interesting game modes including a very good street basketball mode."
  • ESPN NHL 2K5 Review (PS2 - 8/10)
"ESPN NHL 2k5 is one of the best ice hockey games ever played. The controlling is superb, graphics are cool and the game play is excellent and runs fluently. Enough game play modes are available to keep you busy for hours. ESPN NHL 2K5 achievements are related to atmosphere, the realistic approach and the party mode to compensate the non online possibility."
  • FIFA 2005 Review (PS2 - 8/10)
"The players all look like their real life counterparts, and a lot of them act the same way to. This brings me to the graphics, they are stunning. Really beautiful, grounds, players, crowds, the lot. It's one thing you can be assured of, a Fifa game will be flashy trousered all over the shop."
  • Need for Speed Underground 2 Review (GBA - 5/10)
"Overall the game is quite disappointing, having played it on all available platforms I would definitely say if you have any current next-gen consoles and you have the money, then buy the game for one of those instead. The game is far more enjoyable on the other platforms."
