    Ad Blocker on Edge

About a week ago I keep getting the annoying popup asking me to turn off my ad blocker on MS edge. The thing is my ad blocker is off and has been off and this problem just started a week ago.

Disregarding the strong arm tactics used here in regards to an ad blocker, the fact mine is off and your code still doesn't detect it makes using this site an issue.

If you change your theme does it still do it? Just trying to track it down. Also, have you tried another browser, just to test.

Changing my theme did nothing to fix it, I was using the default theme to being with.

Seems to work in Chrome but I prefer not to use that.

I have not forgotten about this FYI. Techs are looking into it only happening in Edge.

Had this exact same issue with a previous adblocker I was using, like you I am using Edge and I went through IIRC 2 different adblockers and nothing worked.

I tried turning off my previous adblockers as well, but the site was damn near impossible to read due to the insane amounts of popups.

I then installed uBlock Origin, and haven't had any issues since then.

                Re: Ad Blocker on Edge

This has been happening to me on Firefox for the last 4 or so days to no end. I use Firefox; went to Operation Sports on Google Chrome and it was ridiculously slow. Any suggestions? I don't see the need to disable any ad blocker(s) since this has never been a problem.

                Thanks.

Try changing to another style in the quick style drop down at the bottom left.

Thanks Steve. I was on 4.0, but 2.0 has worked for that last few minutes (cuppylove said the same in the Firefox Ad Blocker thread).

                    Thanks again Steve.

Mine started doing this just today on my Iphone 16, via safari. Safari is working perfectly well on my Mac.

                      Just looking for solutions.

Did you try a different style as seen in a couple of posts above? Just trying to troubleshoot.
